A Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Comercial e Empresarial de Ilhabela (ACEI), idealizadora do evento desde a primeira edi\u00e7\u00e3o, prev\u00ea ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o de 90% na rede hoteleira da cidade.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Na \u00e1rea gastron\u00f4mica, o evento mant\u00e9m os moldes dos anos anteriores. Os 25 restaurantes participantes do tradicional \u201cBoteco do Camar\u00e3o\u201d \u2013 uma arena coberta montada na Pra\u00e7a das Bandeiras, na Vila \u2013 servir\u00e3o das 19h \u00e0 meia-noite diversos pratos a pre\u00e7os promocionais. Neste local ser\u00e3o realizados shows musicais com bandas de alta qualidade e participa\u00e7\u00f5es de artistas locais, sempre a partir das 22h: Trinca Ac\u00fastica (19\/8), Serial Funkers (20\/8), Queen Tribute Brazil (21\/8), Gestalt (26\/8), Zeca Aquino &amp; Banda (27\/8) e Bee Gees Alive (28\/8). No \u201cBoteco do Camar\u00e3o\u201d, todos os talheres utilizados pelos restaurantes ser\u00e3o recicl\u00e1veis e haver\u00e1 coleta, de hora em hora, pela Cooperativa do Centro de Triagem de Ilhabela; fornecimento de lixeiras seletivas, sendo uma de lixo recicl\u00e1vel e outra de lixo org\u00e2nico; e triagem, destina\u00e7\u00e3o e reciclagem dos res\u00edduos s\u00f3lidos recolhidos durante o evento.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">O evento ter\u00e1 a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de 42 restaurantes, que criaram em seus card\u00e1pios pratos exclusivos para o Festival, comercializados a pre\u00e7os diferenciados. Um Guia Gastron\u00f4mico com os restaurantes participantes ser\u00e1 distribu\u00eddo na rede hoteleira e receptivos tur\u00edsticos.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">O destaque este ano fica por conta da participa\u00e7\u00e3o do jurado do MasterChef Brasil, Erick Jacquin, no dia 28 de agosto (domingo), \u00e0s 20h, dentro da programa\u00e7\u00e3o da Cozinha Show. Erick Jacquin \u00e9 hoje um dos mais importantes chefs franceses em atividade no Brasil. Ele chegou no pa\u00eds em 1995 depois de comandar o restaurante\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><em>Au Comte de Gascogne<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">, em Paris.
